Ngantuks ajer...

hmm malam td begitu semangat untuk sambung study..Unfortunately 8pm dah tertdo kepenatan.. Lately ni I cepat sgt pena PLUS extremely backache..kenape yek? adekah disebabkan BF? tapi everyday I mkn multivitamin & calcium.. any Tips from BF mummy?? cemane nk bertahan cergas smpi at least kul 10pm..heheheh
pagi ni pulak bgn tdo rase ngantuk sgt sgt..smpi hubby nk g kerja i still @ the bed zZZzZzZz..nasib baik Rayyan dah mandi, nyusu & tdo balik..so blh lar mama take a nap jap..
Esok nak g U*.. Ade roadshow from unit perundangan U*. Nk ask more about how to manage grant money..Hope sgt I can go 2 any abroad conference with the money..but wait! have to work hard & do some contribution in research study..semangat! semangat!
Update for my research: Manage to get expertise of confocal microscopy.. hmm kerja semakin serius..kene bertungkus lumus selepas ini..
Doakan saye yek..

saya ssghnye amat seronok dan teruja bile mendengar yg anda semakin bersemangat utk study...kekalkan momentum yg ade ok...keep it up & all da best!!!iezma blh!!!!!

emm..psl backache tu kite tak rase disebabkan oleh bf...sbb kite dulu tak pulak..tp probably disebabkan posture awk semasa bf..ade letak bantal tak kat blkg mase bf duduk?or ade sendal dgn bantal tak bile bf mase baring?kalo bkn psl tu, maybe sbb dok lame mase study kot..almaklumlah dah semakin series skarang...hehehe...

sbb penat tu pulak, tu mmg biasa wak...org dh ade bb kecik ni mmg mcm tula..tak blh nk dielakkan...esok awk dah masuk keje, lagila collapsed wak...tp awk untung sbb ade maid..tak susah hati nk pk psl keje rmh...not like me yg rmh mmg tunggang langgang mase kt putrajaya dl..huhuhu...tp sebaiknye dah tido awl, bangunlah awl..kene byk gerak2..pi la siram bunga ke, bg ikn mkn ke..exercise ke..hehe..insyaAllah blh segar punye...;)

yuhuu..penat ka..hmm org kata bf mmg oenat sket, knp, aku xtau..but just make sure u eat a lot..jgn miss soru..br la kuat sket kot..n if hv time, g exercise (yg ni aku pun xbuat..heheh..but serious, good for u..)
