it was a week ago. I was admitted 5 days 4 nite @ KPMC coz of denggi. It was like h*ll staying @ d hosp while my precious was taking care by ma MIL. Poor hubby have to rushed away frm office, home to hospital. Alhamdulillah ma EBM is enough 4 ma precious. But now me having problem to do some stock. Production very low. Agak sedih but need 2 maintain +ve attitude. Ya Allah perbykkan susu aku. Apapepon i'm so greatful that me & family in good condition. So many things want 2 story but darn lazy. Nanti nk story pasal aqiqah rayyan. Till then..muah! Muah!

insya Allah, stock mesti ada. keep pumping n jgn stress2. may be i suggest double pumping with rayyan on one side n the pump on the other? usually works for me, and it's faster too.

yup, agree wif oyis...double pumping always give better result than single pumping..try it out ok!
